Case summary
Was detained on 5 December 2015 in connection with a criminal case of organising activities of the non-existent banned organisation "Nurdzhular". He was released after 48 hours in custody and a measure of restraint in the form of a subscription on his own recognizance was chosen. Soon he was charged under part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist organisation). On 15 November 2017, he was sentenced to a fine of 90 thousand rubles and released from criminal responsibility.
