Case summary
On 21 December 2020, he was detained in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and taken to Khabarovsk Krai. Later, the court ruled to place him in custody in a case on the activities of an extremist organisation. On 4 June 2021, he was transferred to house arrest. On 5 August he was released from house arrest and a preventive measure in the form of a prohibition of certain actions was chosen. On 28 February 2022, the court sent the case to the prosecutor's office, but on 28 April the court of appeal overturned this decision and sent the case for review. On 3 August 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 roubles. On 31 October, the court of appeal reduced the amount to 200 thousand rubles.
