According to the investigation, Kazimagomedov, being aware that the activities of the interregional public association "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia "* are prohibited and recognised as extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation, he joined its structural subdivision. The Federal Security Agency's press release claimed that Kazimagomedov "propagated the ideology of hatred towards the state authorities of the Russian Federation, called for refusal to fulfil civil law obligations. At his place of residence he kept propaganda materials in the form of leaflets and brochures, as well as organisational and administrative documents of an extremist organisation".
