Case summary

Resident of Primorsky Krai, director of a humorous YouTube show about a fictional deputy Vitaly Nalivkin. On 4 November 2021, his studio was searched as part of a hooliganism case brought over a video in which "Nalivkin" (Andrei Neretin) fires a grenade launcher at a bag with explosives left at a bus stop, but misses and hits a United Russia party advertising banner. At the same time, according to Klochkov, the film crew chose a deserted location far from residential neighbourhoods and observed safety precautions. After that, the filming location was checked by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which gave a conclusion that there was no damage. On 4 October 2024, Klochkov was also charged with illegal manufacture of explosives by a group of persons. On 26 December 2025, he was sentenced to six years' suspended sentence.
