Case summary
A resident of the Primorsky Krai, producer of a humorous YouTube show about the fictional deputy Vitaly Nalivkin. In November 2021, a case was opened against him for hooliganism due to a video in which "Nalivkin" (Andrey Neretin) fires a grenade launcher at a bag containing explosives left at a bus stop, but misses and hits an advertising banner of the United Russia party. However, according to the show's director, Andrey Klochkov, the film crew chose a deserted location far from residential areas and observed safety precautions. After the incident, the filming location was inspected by emergency services personnel, who concluded that there was no damage. On October 4, 2024, Vavilov was also charged with illegal manufacture of explosives by a group of persons. On December 26, 2025, he was sentenced to six years of probation.
