Case summary

Detained during the seizure of the MFA reception room; the case was considered closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations (for crimes of minor gravity it is two years - i.e. from 2 July 2010), but after the interrogation of the participant of the action at the MFA Tatyana Kharlamova it became known that the case was reopened; on 15 May 2012 Mikhail Klyuzhev was charged with participation in the activities of the banned NBP; on 30 July he was sentenced to a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
