Case summary
On 14 July 2020, Kolesnichenko's house was searched. A criminal case on participation in the activities of an extremist organisation was initiated in March 2021. Personal recognizance was taken. On 20 January 2022 he was sentenced to four years of general regime penal colony. On 30 July, the court of appeal replaced the real term with a suspended one.
