Case summary
A resident of Krasnoyarsk, a teacher of English and French. A case was brought against him for disseminating deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces and public justification of terrorism (presumably because of a comment about the murder of military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky). On 4 October 2024, Konstantinov was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony. On 10 February 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by two months.
