According to the investigation, on 05.12.2019 Krivova posted a comment under the post "The fare in Omsk might be raised to 48 rubles" in the community "Omsk Live" on Vkontakte that incited to extremism and violent actions against representatives of the executive power of the city of Omsk with the purpose of violent obstruction of their activities.

Full summary
A resident of Omsk. A case of incitement to extremism was filed against her because of an aggressive comment on VKontakte under a post about the increase in public transport fares. On 4 October 2022, Krivova was fined 10 thousand rubles under Article 20.3.1 of the CAO (incitement of hatred or enmity). The reason was a certain comment about the Russian president, which she left in the community "Psychotype" in "VKontakte". On 11 November 2022, she was sentenced to an eight-month suspended sentence in the criminal case.
