Case summary
A resident of Omsk. A case of incitement to extremism was filed against her because of an aggressive comment on VKontakte under a post about the increase in public transport fares. On 4 October 2022, Krivova was fined 10 thousand rubles under Article 20.3.1 of the CAO (incitement of hatred or enmity). The reason was a certain comment about the Russian president, which she left in the community "Psychotype" in "VKontakte". On 11 November 2022, she was sentenced to an eight-month suspended sentence in the criminal case.
