Case summary
was searched; he was questioned about his participation in the banned NBP; on 29 April 2011 the final version of the ruling on bringing Alexander Kurov as a defendant was issued. On 2 May 2011 the defendants began to familiarise themselves with the case file. On 26 July 2011 the trial began; as of 20 November 2011 seven prosecutors had changed in the case. On 22 June 2012 Judge Roman Chernyshov sentenced Kurov to a fine of 350 thousand rubles (10640 USD). On 15 October 2012, the verdict was cancelled by the court of second instance, the case was sent for a new consideration, after which the prosecution was terminated for the expiration of the statute of limitations.
