Case summary
A resident of Usolya-Sibirskiy (Irkutsk region), a kindergarten teacher. In June 2024, at the latest, Federal Security Service Directorate of the Sverdlovsk region carried out investigative and search activities in connection with Kutilova's alleged involvement in the activities of the Anti-Pytki project, which talks about violations of prisoners' rights and publishes data of convicts who cooperate with prison guards. On 30 October 2024, she was detained as part of the extremist community case.
