To that end, the defendant organised and actively participated in meetings and seminars held by adherents of (No anonymised) and engaged in preaching activities among the population of Chita, Zabaikalsky Krai and the Irkutsk Region in order to attract new followers. Organisational and preaching actions in the activities of the banned international religious association (No. anonymised), expressed in public sermons - calls of this religious association, calling for religious enmity and hatred towards all those who do not share the ideas of (No. anonymised), significantly violated the constitutional rights of citizens living in the territory of the Zabaikalsky Krai to freedom of religion, freedom to profess any religion or not to profess any religion, guaranteed by art. 28 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
