According to the investigation, on 20.10.2023 no later than 00:57 Lenskaya, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, at the address: St. Petersburg, Leninsky Ave., 138, building 2, with the intention of rehabilitation of Nazism, namely to disseminate information expressing clear disrespect for society about days of military glory and memorable dates in Russia associated with the defence of the Fatherland, as well as desecration of symbols of military glory of Russia, insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland and humiliating the honour and dignity of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, publicly, using an unidentified technical means of communication, through an administered profile on the social network VKontakte, realising that the materials she posted would become available to an unlimited number of people and wishing this to happen, she posted freely accessible information beginning with the words: "Take a look at this...", with a photo of the sculpture "Motherland Calls!", which is part of the monument ensemble "To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd and is a symbol of Russia's military glory.
