Case summary

A resident of the Sverdlovsk region. At the end of February 2024, he was detained as part of a case of abuse of a gravestone in connection with a picnic at the Eternal Flame in Kaliningrad. Lopatnikov was placed under house arrest. On 27 April 2024, he was sentenced to a year in a penal colony. Presumably, he was released in April 2025.
