Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. He was detained on 19 June 2024 and taken into custody the next day as part of a case of abuse of burial sites over a photo shoot at a St. Petersburg cemetery. Police named him as the photographer. On 16 August 2024, Evstiukhin was transferred to house arrest. On 19 February 2026, he was sentenced to a one-and-a-half-year suspended sentence.
