Case summary
Resident of Pionerskii town (Kaliningrad region). On December 26, 2023, he was detained after a search, and on December 28 he was taken into custody in a case over the dissemination of “fakes” about the army, stemming from a certain post on Telegram. On September 19, 2024, the court sentenced Lugovoi to six years in a general-regime penal colony.
