According to the investigation, during a solitary picket in support of political prisoners she shouted slogans "10.10.2020 - we will not forget, we will not forgive", "Furgal is not guilty", "Freedom for Furgal" and "Freedom for political prisoners", as well as "expressed her negative attitude to the actions of employees of the court, police, prosecutor's office and FCU IK-6 of the Federal Penitentiary Service for Altai Krai" in an interview with a blogger. The ruling on the initiation of the case specifies the statements that interested the IC. "Shame on the judiciary, shame on those who stood guarding the steps of the administration building. 14 police officers knew that it was packed with riot police. How can you bully peaceful, unarmed citizens like this?" - Lukyanova told the blogger. She also spoke about the placement of journalist Maria Ponomarenko in the punishment cell and in connection with this she accused the head of IK-6 of abuse and called him a "czar".

Full summary
A resident of Khabarovsk and a participant in rallies in support of the former governor of Khabarovsk Krai Sergey Furgal. On April 9, 2024, she was detained after interrogation; later, it became known that she was charged with incitement to hatred.
The case was based on her comment to a blogger during a picket in support of Furgal and political prisoners. Lukyanova criticized law enforcers for their violent dispersal of a rally on October 10, 2020, which was held in support of the former governor and against the head of the colony where journalist Maria Ponomarenko was being held.
On January 3, 2025, the Investigative Committee closed the criminal case due to the lack of evidence of a crime.
