Case summary
Former chat room administrator of Navalny's Chelyabinsk headquarters. On 12 February 2021 Makarova was detained and interrogated as a suspect in the case of blocking roads during a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 31 January. An undertaking to appear was taken. On the day of the action on 31 January, in connection with which the criminal case was initiated, Makarova was serving an administrative arrest for not removing the announcement of the action from the chat room. On 6 December, the case was terminated at the investigation stage.
