Case summary

Marinina took part in activities as part of "Strategy-31" in Murmansk. She was apprehended during these actions on three occasions: on the 31st of January 2010, the 31st of October 2011, and on the 10th of December 2011, just before a protest against the elections.

In December 2010, her residence was subjected to a search, and she was subsequently charged with involvement in the operations of a prohibited extremist organization. On the 28th of May 2012, Marinina received a fine of 15 thousand rubles as a sentence.
