According to the investigation, together with Lyudmila Razumova, he "posted on his page in one of the social networks in open access for other users videos which constitute knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the destruction of cities and civilians in Ukraine", obtained from unofficial Russian sources. Additionally, using paint and stencils he "desecrated buildings and other structures" and "defaced property" in the villages of Mokshino, Varaksino and Teshilovo, as well as in the settlement of Mirny and Novozavidovskoye - in particular, he wrote "Ukraine, forgive us" on the back wall of the store "Konfetka".
