Case summary

A resident of Moscow. Presumably, he has a mental illness. A case of preparation to commit a terrorist act was initiated against him due to the fact that, according to the investigation, certain "supporters of Ukraine" persuaded him to set fire to the military recruitment centre. He was detained after having visited the building of the military recruitment centre several times and was taken into custody on 13 June 2024. According to the court's website, Mineyev was also accused of attempted calls to extremism — it is unknown in connection with which actions. On 24 March 2025, the court sent Mineyev to compulsory treatment.
