The reason for the initiation of a case of dissemination of deliberately false information about the Armed Forces motivated by political hatred (paragraph E part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) was the repost of a publication about the events in Bucha from the telegram channel of journalist Dmitrii Kolezev, as well as publications from the Faridaily and Sibir.Realii telegram channels in his Khabarovskaia Mingazeta telegram channel.

Full summary
Resident of Khabarovsk, journalist. Writes for Forbes and also runs several Telegram channels where he publishes regional news. He has also previously worked with Vedomosti, Kommersant and other publications. On 26 April 2024, he was searched, after which he was charged with spreading "fakes" about the Russian Armed Forces. The next day he was placed under house arrest. Mingazov was initially accused of spreading "fakes" with a hate motive. The court reclassified the charge to distribution of "fakes" without aggravating circumstances during sentencing. On 26 February 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of one million 400 thousand rubles, but the amount was reduced to 700 thousand rubles, taking into account the time spent under house arrest. On 19 June 2025, on appeal, the court increased the fine to 2.5 million rubles and banned him from administering websites (for how long, it is not known). On 10 December 2025, the court of cassation instance cancelled the verdict and returned the case to the court of first instance.
