According to the court's opinion, in April 2023, a news item was published on a page in the 'Odnoklassniki' social network with a video depicting the moment when police officers detained a man on crutches, during which the man resisted the police officers. After that, the convicted person, at his place of residence, using a page he had previously created on the Odnoklassniki social network, posted a text comment to the above news item containing a statement of an incitement nature, in the form of an appeal to commit hostile (violent) actions against police officers.

Full summary
A resident of Zarinsk (Altai Territory). A case of calls for extremism was opened against him because of a comment in 'Odnoklassniki' about police officers. In April 2023, he saw a post with a video of the detention of a man on crutches, and under which Morozov, according to law enforcers, to that video Morozov left a comment calling for violence against police officers.
On 6 November 2025, the court sentenced him to two years' suspended imprisonment.
