Case summary
A veterinary doctor from the Bryansk region. On 19 November 2025, he was detained in a case of terrorism financing because of transfers of more than 100 thousand rubles to accounts, according to law enforcers, controlled by the Artpodgotovka movement. Two days later, Morozov was taken into custody.
On 13 January 2026, the court sentenced him to ten years' imprisonment, of which he must serve the first three years in prison and the remaining term in a strict regime colony, as well as a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
