Case summary

On August 2, 2018, he was detained and taken into custody on August 3 on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organization. On September 2, 2019, the court sentenced him to two years and two months of forced labor and six months of restricted freedom. On November 5, the court of appeal replaced the forced labor with a fine of 500 thousand rubles and exempted the payment on account of the time spent in custody.
