Case summary
A resident of the Sverdlovsk region. On 28 June 2025, he lit a cigarette from the Eternal Flame in Sredneuralsk. Because of this, a case was brought against him for desecration of the symbol of military glory. In October, the Investigative Committee reported that the case went to court. On 6 November 2025, Mukhtorov was sentenced to 320 hours of community service.
