Case summary
On 14 June 2017, detained after a search, at that time he was a minor. Accused of using violence against a police officer during the dispersal of the action on 12 June. Signed a covenant not to leave the country. At the end of September the trial began. The victim claimed that Myakshin hit him in the upper lip with his right fist. One of the police officers who testified in court stated that Myakshin was arrested after he showed the police officers a "fuck". The defence claimed that Myakshin fell on the police officer during the detention. On 2 July 2018, Myakshin was sentenced to two years' suspended sentence.
