Case summary
The resident of Lyuberets (Moscow region), the vocal teacher. She left Russia after the war began. She was charged with calling for extremism and incitement of hatred. In September 2023, it became known that she was taken into custody in Almaty at the extradition request of the Russian Federation. In November, she was granted a certificate as an asylum seeker, but was not released from custody. Journalist Yevgeniya Baltatarova reported that Narskaya was in a severe psychiatric condition and was constantly placed in solitary confinement. On July 23, 2024, it was reported that Narskaya was released from a detention center in Almaty.
