Nazaruk was put on a wanted list. Before it became known under which article the case was opened, Nazaruk's relatives were informed about charges of treason. Her mother was told that her daughter sent money to the account of the AFU from Raiffeisen Bank. Anastasia claims that she has never been a client of this bank. The law enforcers also said that the reason for the initiation of the case were some publications in social networks. On 23 April 2024, the court in Anadyr sentenced Nazaruk to seven years in absentia. Later, there was information about a new case against Nazaruk under the same article, initiated in Pyatigorsk.
