Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. On 2 August 2024, it became known that he had been detained in connection with a vandalism case. The case was prompted by pacifist graffiti and an inscription "insulting the president" in the underpass near Victory Square. Law enforcement officers found six cans of spray paint at his home. He was placed under a travel restriction.
