Case summary
He is a resident of Ulan-Ude and was a minor at the time when the charges were brought against him. A case of vandalism was initiated against him: according to the investigation, together with another minor, he set fire to a banner with the letter V attached to a Lenin monument. The FSB press service said that the suspect “repented and pleaded guilty”.
