Unknown person 166 is a resident of Magadan. They were prosecuted for failure to report an offence. According to the investigation, they knew that their acquaintance, Ekaterina Gazieva, was planning to set fire to the military recruitment office, but did not report it. Gazieva, together with Sergei Malyuchenko, eventually set fire to a printing warehouse. In August 2024, the Unknown person 166 was sentenced to six months of imprisonment, and with the sentence from a previous case, the total sentence amounted to two years and ten months in a high-security penal colony.
