Case summary
A resident of the city of Ulan-Ude, a minor at the time of the prosecution. A case of vandalism was opened against him: according to the investigation, he, together with another minor, set fire to a banner with the letter V attached to the Lenin monument. The FSB press service said that the suspect "repented and admitted guilt".
