Full wording of the charges
The reason for the case was a video in which three young people put out the Eternal Flame with snow at the memorial complex in memory of the soldiers who fell in the fight against fascism. The video shows the teenagers warming their hands and having inappropriate fun near the Eternal Flame. At the end of the video, one of them throws snow into the flame, after which it goes out. "Tatar-inform" wrote that the only teenager who reached the age of criminal liability did not throw snow into the Eternal flame, but spit in it.
