Case summary
A teenager from Tomsk. On 22 May 2025, the Investigative Committee reported that a criminal case had been opened against him and his friend for desecration of symbols of Russia's military glory due to the burning of the Victory Banner, which they recorded on video and posted on a channel in one of the messengers. Both teenagers pleaded guilty.
