Case summary
Resident of the Kaluga region. In June 2025 he was detained by FSB officers in a case of calls to extremism. The reason for the case were his comments about the Russian military. One of the comments that became a reason for prosecution: "Burn the occupants with napalm". After the detention of the man, the law enforcers distributed a video with his apology.
The video also showed chatbots of the Ukrainian project "I want to live" and the legion "Freedom of Russia" open in Telegram. The FSB indicated in the distributed release that the man "used enemy Telegram bots that are aimed at creating sabotage units inside Russia," but no related charges were reported.
