Case summary
A schoolboy, a resident of the village of Sosva (Sverdlovsk region), aged 16. Law enforcers claim that in January 2023, the young man created a Telegram channel in which he "praised saboteurs and encouraged other schoolchildren to carry out arson attacks on military commissariats". According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the teenager was detained after operatives started following the Telegram channel. He was then released under travel ban.
