A resident of the village of Pushkinskie Gory (Pskov Region). A case of calls to terrorism was opened against him because of a comment in the Internet community "Incident Pskov", in which law enforcers saw "incitement to violent actions against the current government". On 20 November 2025, the press service of the regional courts reported that the man was taken into custody.
