According to the investigation, in September 2022 he was viewing a news feed in a telegram channel, where he saw a publication about the arson of the United Russia party reception centre and comments of other users of the community. The comments discussed the detention of a person by police officers. Further, the man, being dissatisfied with the actions and decisions of officials of state authorities of the Russian Federation, wrote a text comment that called for aggressive actions of a violent nature against representatives of the social group "law enforcement agencies". It was probably referring to the burning tyres left on 24 September 2022 near the United Russia reception office in the city of Salavat in Bashkortostan.
