Case summary

A resident of Khabarovsk Krai. On 20 October 2021, Nesterova's home was searched, she was interrogated and released with a recognisance not to abscond as part of a case of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 23 March 2023, she was sentenced to five years' suspended sentence. On 4 July, the appeal court added a year and eight months of restriction of liberty to this term.
