Blogger. He himself (in his own words, "for fun") filled out an application on the website of the Ministry of Justice to recognise himself as a "foreign agent", providing only personal data, but not the source of funding or foreign influence. In November 2023, he was included in the register of "foreign agents". In February 2026, a criminal case was opened against him for evasion of his duties as a "foreign agent". After interrogation, he was given a non-departure undertaking. On 8 April 2026, Nikandrov was sentenced to an eight-month suspended sentence.
