Case summary

On 7 September 2016, it became known that rapper David Nuriev, who performs under the pseudonym Ptaha, was charged with incitement to hatred in connection with the fact that during a concert on 23 September 2015, he swore at activists of the Anti-Dealer movement. His fellow rappers Guf and Slim were detained with the help of that movement in Krasnoyarsk. Nuriev was released on his own recognizance. On 16 March 2017, he was sentenced to a 200000 fine.
