Full wording of the charges
According to the court, Ogoreva, realizing the illegality of her actions, participated in the activities of the extremist religious organization Jehovah's Witnesses. To conceal her activities and evade criminal prosecution, she strictly adhered to secrecy: she used mobile applications to access the electronic library, study and promote the teachings, as well as to communicate with other followers. Under the guidance of the organizer, who was also prosecuted, she participated in individual classes and collective worship services via the Internet. At these meetings, the organizer publicly quoted literature deemed extremist, and the accused performed religious songs and prayers.
