Case summary

On 22 May 2019, Okhrimchuk's home was searched, and then he was interrogated. On 29 October 2020, a case was opened against him for participation in and financing of the activities of an extremist organisation. On 2 November, he signed personal recognizance. On 2 August 2021, Okhrimchuk was given a suspended sentence of four years in prison.
