Case summary

In April 2019, Oleynik's and two other believers' homes were searched and a criminal case was opened. At the end of 2021, it became known that the materials against her were put into separate proceedings and a criminal case was opened against her for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 22 August 2023, Oleynik was sentenced to four years' suspended prison sentence.
