Case summary
On the 16th of May 2019, he was apprehended, and on the 19th of May, he was remanded in custody by a court ruling, facing charges related to his alleged involvement in the activities of an extremist organization. On the 27th of December, a preventive measure was imposed, restricting certain actions. However, on the 10th of December 2020, the court decided not to extend the restriction on leaving the house from 22:00 to 6:00.
On the 23rd of September 2021, he received a sentence of six years and three months in a general regime penal colony.
