Case summary
A resident of the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye (Crimea). On September 28, 2022, his home was searched. On September 30, the court sent him to detention on charges of organizing activities of an extremist organisation. On November 15, he was transferred to house arrest. On July 12, 2023, the preventive measures selected for Parfenovich were changed to a ban on certain actions, but on July 28, he was put under house arrest again. On July 1, 2024, he was sentenced to six years' suspended sentence. On October 3, 2024, the court of appeal replaced the suspended sentence with a real one.
