Andrei Pavlov

According to the investigation, Pavlov used his personal "VKontakte" page to publicly post materials aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces. He also staged a protest on Lenin Street on 29 July, holding a poster that read: «Нет ***не! No **r! HI ***нi». In late March, Pavlov had already been fined under the administrative article on discrediting (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for attaching to his jacket the Ukrainian flag, an inscription reading "Putin, stop the war," and a red-and-black flag, which the court ruling designated as a "Cossack protest banner." The ruling entered into force.
