According to the investigation's version, in 2021, being reliably informed that the activities of the "USSR" organization in the territory of the Russian Federation are prohibited and recognised as extremist, she joined a structural subdivision of this association - the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR, and took part in events organised by its members, propagated the ideology of the "USSR", as well as hatred of the State authorities of the Russian Federation and called for refusal to pay taxes, housing and communal payments and non-fulfilment of civil law obligations. In addition, posing as the secretary of the executive committee, she prepared organisational, administrative, informational and propaganda documents for the organisation, kept propaganda materials in the form of leaflets and brochures, as well as organisational and administrative documents in her home.
