On 19 May 2016, Pokalchuk posted a video on his page in the social network VKontakte, which, according to the prosecutor's office, had "signs of humiliation of human dignity and incitement of hatred, enmity (discord) on the grounds of belonging to the group "anti-fascists". A criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code - incitement of hatred or enmity. On 27 February 2017, he was sentenced to a year of probation
